Since childhood, Carol Nelson dreamed of leading an office filled with positive, productive people dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. She always envisioned providing customers with the same care and options she would want for herself. Combining her customer-focused mindset with her husband Les Nelson’s plumbing expertise, they founded Universal Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. After 16 years of successful business, Carol decided to expand their services to include additional trades.

Sam Hancock

Master Electrician

Sam Hancock, a third-generation Master Electrician with over 30 years of experience, owned and operated Triple H Electric for more than 15 years. He joined the Universal team as Co-Owner to dedicate more time to product research, employee development, and enhancing customer service excellence.
